You don’t have time for breakfast, you don’t even think it’s worth to spend 15 minutes having breakfast. You need to rush in the morning and prefer to sleep more and just take something light and portable. What’s more, you are not hungry in the early morning. So, you need something to boost your energy but don’t make you feel full. Here are our choices, and you decide.

A delicious Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie

Don’t you like a hot cup of chocolate to warm up your body? This recipe is lactose free and “healthy” as it has no fat added. Make it ahead and store in the refrigerator. Once you wake up you’ll just need to heat it up a little (not in summer!) and enjoy it at home or on the go.

Fruit Immune Boosting Smoothie

Yes, you can have a nice smoothie and help your body at the same time. Try this fruity one for all day round.

The best kind of “sandwich” to eat while you’re driving or walking to your hectic day appointment. You can make them with almost anything, from sweet to savory. This time we choose a mixture of both sides. Make it at home in just seconds and take it with you. This bagel could be the perfect breakfast for a slowly weekend brunch. That’s comfort food.

If you’re a healthy conscious, you love to feel that your body is full of energy but thanks to hight quality nutritional foods. You believe you are what you eat, so you prefer to eat organic food, cutting on dairy and of course vegetables over meat. Years ago you could never thought of a non-dairy, vegan, organic breakfast (or any meal) but nowadays it’s amazing the amount of people like you that are changing their habits into this new way of understand food. We found the perfect kind of breakfast and you can make it at home easily.

Pumpkin Oats with Toasted Pecans and Pomegranate

You probably like oats, and eat them a lot. And probably like pumpkin pie, so this is for you. This blog has a lot of healthy delis recipes and this one it’s like they said it would be, you need to try it. The best part is that it will take you less than 5 minutes to make it, and if you’re not king on pumpkin you can switch it for applesauce or any fruit purée.

Chia & Raspberry Porridge Jar

If you’re concerned about the food you eat you may know about chia seeds. These seeds are amazing and were a prized food for the Aztecas and Mayans. “Chia” is the ancient Mayan word for strength. They are an essential super food in our diet: a good way to boost our energy, the best source of Omega 3, help lowering blood pressure, anti-inflammatory, support healthy cholesterol levels, and so on. Eating something that has a lot of health benefits it’s a plus, and it’s a good thing that you can make it ahead.
We thought it will be nice to include a chia breakfast, healthy breakfast lovers. Enjoy this easy and tasty recipe, a variation of a chia pudding with a flavorful raspberry twist.

Mango Energy Balls

From one of our favorite blogs, The minimalist baker, we chosen this delicacy. It’s healthy, vegan and it will take you less than you can imagine. Only 6 ingredients, no baking, and ready to eat in less than an hour (they can be made ahead so you can take them with you).
We tried the recipe and just adored it. The natural sweetened from the dates and mango is enough to make this healthy bites a “fake-sweet-indulgence”. If you make them once, you’ll make them twice.

When you have time, and even when you don’t, you are the one who loves to enjoy a big traditional breakfast. It can be scrambled eggs with toasts, some jam and cheese,  juice, toasts and eggs, a sandwich… Anything that you believe it can be named as the first meal of the day. And always, of course, with a nice cup of tea or coffee. We also love to have our breakfast with a hot chocolate though…
So, if you like to take your time and bake something for your beloved ones or just for yourself, we selected the recipes that will be perfect for you.

Baked Eggs with Spinach and Mushrooms

Savory French Toast

This is a filling open-faced sandwich piled with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, sprinkled with fresh chives.

English Muffin with Super Eggs Benedict

A classic. A famous breakfast-brunch dish. This one is from Jamie Oliver, and what we like about his recipe is that he gives it a twist and creates an amazing and succulent breakfast. A good English muffin on the base, salted spinach, smoked ham and of course, poached eggs coronated by the famous Hollandaise sauce. Is there anything more appealing than this one?

If you’re this kind of breakfast person, you love to start your day with something sweet and you believe that’s what we all should do. You put a smile on your face! Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Skillet Cookie

Hot Mess Nutella Snickers Pie

Yes! That’s the kind of pie we all deserve at any time of the day. And what’s the best about this pie? It’s a no-bake one, so grab all the ingredients and make it. We found it difficult to choose between all-the-goodies @Hipfoodiemom has on her blog, but we ran into this one and felt in love in just seconds. It’s more than scrumptious, it has everything a sweetish will love: snickers, chocolate, peanuts, whipped cream… Don’t think about the calories, just make it and enjoy it!

Millionaires Cupcakes

In every breakfast treat must be a cupcake (or more). We went onto Jane’s Patisserie blog, because she’s the queen of cupcakes. It’s difficult to choose one, all of them are amazing, and if you make them they always turned out like she says (that’s a good thing). This cupcakes are a twist to the famous millionaire pie, and are just an example of how decadent her cupcakes are. They have a vanilla sponge with a gooey caramel center, topped with chocolate ganache and if it what’s enough, a shortbread on top of those beauties. Do we need more? Yes, please, a cup of coffee or tea!
