It’s been confirmed that a new edition of Fórum Gastronómico will take place in A Coruña (Galicia, Spain) next March 2017.
There are some food events you just can’t miss. Quality, creativity, food trends, professionals, the who is who. And there’s one on the northwest of Spain that will catch your eye.
Maybe you all know about Zara (Inditex). Maybe you don’t know that it was born and still lives in a city on the northwest of Spain called La Coruña, Galicia.

Save the date for the 3rd edition of Fórum Gastronómico A Coruña, one of the most important food conventions in Europe, where international chefs and gourmands meet, where you can approach your favorite cook, where you are able to listen and learn form international awarded chefs such as the Best Pastry Chef in the World Jordi Roca, from the Celler Can Roca (Cataluña, Spain), that got the “Best Restaurant Award” from the Diners Club World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy 2013 and 2015 awards edition. Once again, the best chefs and food critics will be reunited in Fórum Coruña to cook, talk about their cooking, aims and goals. Yesterday, The Mayor of A Coruña, Julio Ferreiro, went to Barcelona Forum 2016 to be at the sign of the collaborative agreement with the Forum head office team, Pep Palau and Jaume von Arend. An agreement that assures this 3rd Forum A Coruña edition.
